Our ground floor family room is suitable for guests with younger children, having a large shower room, a double bed and two single beds or a single bed and a cot bed . It also has a built in wardrobe and lights that can be dimmed so you can adjust the amount of light needed. It has two large windows that give plenty of nature light and is at the rear of the property so away from the street noises.

Family Bedroom

The upstairs family room has a view over the city and recent new bathroom. The room has a double bed and bunk beds so is best suited for children over 2 years, but we do have a bed rail that can be added to the lower bunk. The room has an HD flatscreen TV and usb plug sockets and tea and coffee making facilities. A cot bed or Moses basket can be added to this room.

California Guest room details
All of our rooms have recently re-furbished en-suites, have carpeted floors, windows and adjustable heating. Some have wardrobes or desks and all have well stocked tea and coffee making facilities. The plug sockets also have USB’s.
Linen, towels and toiletries are supplied and a hairdryer and ironing board are available.
Each room has a modern flat screen tv with freeview, free WiFi access and a rubbish bin.
Single Bedroom:
